1 Hotel facilities Comments: needs cleaning, room not set up properly Friday, sleeping room items not working, 4
2 Friday Evening Hospitality Comments: Tight, super!, Albany always great, hot food not maintained, Guinness!, great food and drinks, outstanding, 5
3 Friday Evening Town Hall Meeting Comments: need timekeeper, too long, informative, not focused, too wordy, was supposed to be a town hall forum, excellent content, expected q&a and end at 10, Pres mtg conflict, Dave has his own agenda 4
4 Saturday Meals Comments: lunch great, breakfast not conducive to networking, excellent, great, good 4
5 Saturday Opening Activities-Gardner, Zampello Comments: take off the form, no ideas as to how to improve it,very good, ask vets to stand 5

10 2011 Conference Highlights-Panel Comments: enjoyable, nice to see personal touch and different views, not so great, loved the conference 4
11 Public Classes-Shedlawski Comments: done before?, excellent, good discussion, like herding cats to keep focus, nothing new, very good, why was this even held, needs further discussion 4
12 District Metrics-Kevlin Comments: I didn’t understand what I was looking at, OK 4
13 Channel Partner Agreement-Timmons, Rivers Comments: excellent & need more, not Dave’s fault, still more questions than answers, Rivers not well versed, poor guy, complicated, hate this topic 4
14 Additional Comments: hard to hear, want free wifi, all good speakers, thoughtful gifts, thanks to Jennifer and staff, all very good speakers, need time keeper and larger print on slides, Dave needs to be controlled on timing, have everyone stand when speaking, conference photos uninteresting, good meeting, finished too early, excellent Wells presentation and student panel, great job, webinar-recruiting board members, suggest microphone, avoid standing in front of projector, thank you for the invite  N/A
15 What programs or services should the Northeast District provide, to help to develop Chapter Leadership? N/A 
Webinars with best practice sharing, chapter class budgeting, leave presidents meeting on Saturday, bring 2 projectors to keep it moving, I am happy with the current support level, overall a “5”, want 4 meetings next year, invite high potential members who are not on the chapter boards to get a taste of meeting and the work behind the measures, important meetings but too repetitive-should focus on brainstorming unsolved problems and should save time by sending presentations to registered guests in advance, good luck and prosperity!
