Certification Maintenance Survey

We appreciate you taking the time to take this brief survey.  Your input will be used to improve the relevancy of APICS Certification in the Marketplace. Please note that this survey is only being conducted here in the Northeast by the District Director. It is informal. He will tabulate the results and send them to the Sub-Committee that is working on this project. It is not currently a Nation-Wide exercise.

This survey is open to members whether they are APICS certified or not. We value all input, particularly if you are involved in an ongoing Certification Maintenance or Continuing Education Program in any Professional Society.

The first 9 questions are regarding your opinion of APICS Certification only. The next section is regarding any other Certifications you are affiliated with.
